By leverage AI and other data integrations we were able to reduce a significant amount of manual work by aggregating all facts about the property and the surrounding neighborhood and using AI to help create descriptions and marketing materials. The tool itself was easy to use and delivered clear value, but the reality was that real estate professionals already juggled numerous applications daily. No matter how beneficial the tool was, agents resisted adding one more platform to their workflow.
The Solution
After watching how agents worked throughout their day, a universal touchpoint became obvious: email. Instead of asking users to visit a website or download an app, the team created an email integration. Agents could simply send an email with their request, and the AI would return completed materials directly to their inbox.
The Result
This simple shift in how agents accessed the tool transformed it from "just another real estate tool" to an essential part of their daily workflow. The solution required zero training—everyone already knew how to send emails—and fit seamlessly into existing processes without disruption.
